Submitted by Jason Kwok (PGK, FDD, PFN)On June 9, 2018, the Knights of Columbus participated in a ceremony to dedicate Veterans Square and Cenotaph in the City of Makrham. The dedication was preceded by a parade from the Markham Veterans Association to the Veterans Square. At the dedication, a plaque on the Cenotaph was unveiled "In Honour Of Those Who Serve and In Remembrance Of Those Who Fell" and was followed by an Act of Remembrance, laying of wreaths and a dove release.
