For the six consecutive year Council 13701 of the Knights of Columbus held its Substance Abuse Awareness Poster Contest in which a total of 74 participants, from four local Ottawa area Alta Vista/Elmvale Acres schools competed. The overall District 66 winner of the poster competition was Tadiwa Muponda of St. Gemma’s Catholic Elementary School who received a $50 Cash Price for her overall area win, in addition to a $25 cash prize for her school poster contest win.
