The council offered a free T Shirt especially designed for the event by Grand Knight Hikmat, to encourage Knights and parishioners to volunteer and help in the festival. The T Shirt was a big success and 50 volunteers mainly Knights and their ladies cooked, and served Shawarma, Falafel, Zaatar and other Middle Eastern gourmet foods.
