Carson Fraser is the winner of the Drug Abuse Regional Poster Contest for boys 12-14 years of age. GK Mike Cusick of Council 9553 and DD Jim Hannam of District 109 presented a plaque and $50 prize to Carson at St. Margaret Mary School on April 12, 2016. Congratulations to Carson!
