Before every State holds their mid-year reviews with their respective district deputies, all of the state deputies are convened by the Supreme Council to gather and hold an Order-wide review of the Order. The meetings consisted of reports on the progress being made thus far, followed by break out sessions where new ideas are shared or developed with a view of being implemented in the second half of the fraternal year.
