Grade 10 student Cinoby, whose father is a member of Council 17481, took part in the Catholic Citizenship Essay Contest and won at the Council, and provincial levels. Her essay was then sent to the International competition where she won runner up (second place in the world!). Congrats to Cinoby and Council 17481.
