The highly successful Shred-It Event, as part of the K of C Great Spring Cleanup, raised enough funds to allow Council 1504 to donate $ 1,000.00 to the Food Bank of Waterloo Region. Accepting the cheque on behalf of the Food Bank were Bailey Armitage, Community Events Coordinator and Trish Marinoni, Partnership Manager. On hand for the presentation were Grand Knight Brian Schmalz, Deputy Grand Knight Dave Obermeyer and Shred-It Event coordinator Brother Peter Penlington.
