Sir Knight Bill Vass, Master of the 4th Ontario District and Sir Knight Frank Jollimore District Marshal pose with 10 newly-exemplified candidates at a 4th Degree Exemplification held at St. Patrick’s Cathedral on Saturday September 19th. The exemplification was held in conjunction with the Father Baxter Assembly International Weekend celebration.
