Poulin, State DeputyCouncil 484On January 25, the same day as Robbie Burns Day, the members of Council #485 hosted a banquet dinner at the Westin Ottawa hotel where more than 200 people attended the celebration. It is a Jubilee Year for the Council, marking its 125th anniversary, and there were shortages of dignitaries from as far away as Prince Edward Island, North Bay and Oakville and Cornwall and many Council members in between.
