Together 55 volunteers of Councils: Fr. Nicholas Point (4375), Conseil St-Jérôme (8682), Fr. Paul J.F. Wattson (8919), Most Precious Blood (9645), Fr. Victor C. Cote (9671) and Cardinal A. Stepinac (11774), donated over 300 hours, serving over 250 meals, raising over $4500 in ticket sales and donations. Submitted by Dan Pergolesi, Grand KnightOn December 30th, 2016, Council 8919 hosted the Icon of the Holy Family at Our Lady of the Atonement Parish. A special Feast of the Holy Family was celebrated by our pastor, Fr. Rob Rocheleau. Council 8919 K of C Choir sang, with the Colour Guard of RT. Rev. Wilfrid J. Langlois Assembly joining our celebration. Following the mass, Fr. Rob invited the more than 90 parishioners to come up and receive a special Family Blessing.

Submitted by Dan Pergolesi : Grand KnightSeptember 11th 2015, Brother Knights Mike Agius, Mike MacLellan, Greg MacDonald and Vern Gannon, answered the request of parishioners to install a bench near the designated handi-cap parking area next to the church – for those with issues standing, to wait for their ride, if they were required to park elsewhere in the church parking lot. Per suggestion of our Pastor Fr. Rob Rocheleau, an infrequently used bench located elsewhere on the property was relocated to the requested area, with the addition of 4 Patio and 6 pcs of Scallop Stones.

Submitted by Dan Pergolesi : Grand KnightOn September 12 & 13, 2015 - Council’s 8919, 4375 and 9671, joined together to host a Coats for Kids Dinner, during the Windsor-Essex County Fundraising event. Over the 2 day event, 23 volunteers, working 287 hours served 164 meals, raising $ 1640.00, which will aid in purchasing new warm winter coats for the children in our community, who are less fortunate than ourselves.
