Submitted by Tom MitchellSt. Basil's The St. Basil's Knight's of Columbus Council 13442 in Brantford Ontario continues to participate in the Coats for Kids program. This year we donated 2 boxes of winter coats to the Brantford Food Bank. The coats will be donated to those in need through the Food Bank's Christmas Basket Program.

Submitted by Tom MitchellSt. Basil'sSt. Basil's Knights of Columbus Council 13442 in Brantford, held their Thanksgiving Food Drive on October 5th. Thanks to the generous donations of the parishioners of St. Basil's Parish, we collected 1,208 pounds of food, toiletries and hygiene supplies. All items were donated to the St. Vincent DePaul Brantford Food Bank. All items will be distributed to those in need in the community.

Submitted by Tom MitchellSt. Basil'sSt. Basil's Council 13442 in Brantford held their Easter Food Drive on Saturday March 23rd, 2024. We collected 1,584 pounds of food, toiletries and hygiene products from the parishioners of St. Basil's. With our Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter food drives this council year, we collected a total of 4,845 pounds. All items are donated to the SSVP Brant Food Bank, who then distribute the food to those in need in our community.
