This was the second time we held this event and the association is looking at possibly doing it every year or every other year depending on availability of the pavilion.

Athletes Adam Syme and Carradnra Klaassen are sending with Deputy Mayor Bill Phillips Pratima Bhatt District Developer South Central Ontario for Special Olympics Citizens of St Catharines also sign the flag and a group of 10 new refugees that are preparing to become citizens of Canada
