Submitted by SK Patrick Rusheleau, PGK/PFN - Communications DirectorOn Thursday, June 16th representatives of Resurrection of Our Lord Council 13701 presented 1st place trophies, as well as 2nd and 3rd place medals to the winners of the council's 2016 Soccer Challenge program which was held on the schools soccer field on Tuesday, May 10th in which 85 of the elementary school's students participated. (Adults L-R) Principal Randy Little, Past Grand Knight SK Peter LeBrun and Grand Knight Bruce Doucette.
Submitted by Paul O'Neill, Grand KnightAltar Servers from St. Mary and St. Clement Churches, Cambridge were presented with miniature "Homeless Jesus" sculptures by Council 4916 follow ing their being honoured by the Serra Club Bishop Ustrrzyki is with the St. Mary recipients at the awards ceremony while Fr. Peter presented the sculptures at St. Clement Church.
Submitted by Juliano Brusadin, FDDDistrict Deputy Derek West of District #14 participated in the Special Olympics flag raising ceremonies at St. Patrick High School, Thunder Bay City Hall and St. Ignatius High School. The flag was signed by many at all three locations.

Submitted by Gary Megaffin Media, Public RelationsMarilynne Feeney, Chairperson of the Family Council for the Forest heights Long Term Care Facility in Kitchener, officially opened their two new pergolas in the bright sunshine of Friday June 3rd. The residents and staff of the home can now enjoy the garden areas under the shade of their pergolas, well constructed by K of C members of Council 1504. The Knights spent several days assembling the two additions and were rewarded by the gratitude extended by staff and residents.
