Submitted by John Swizawski Grand KnightThis past spring St. Peter's Council 13335 and Father Paul Council 8919 spearheaded a fundraising effort which included donations from the Windsor and Essex County Knights of Columbus Councils. The fundraising drive raised $ 5400.00. On Thursday June 29th , our efforts and hard work payed off in that we were able to hand Hospice of Windsor a set of keys to a Golf Cart. Submitted by SK Douglas Randall, DD92, ChancellorThe "Shred-it" crew, Jewel-98.5 FM radio and the crew from "1-800-got-junk" pose with the council membership to celebrate a record year with donations close to $ 4000! at the annual "SHRED-IT DAY" to help protect identity theft. The money raised to help support specific charities specified by the council. Special recognition to Br Eric Cosgrove for organizing the event at Ottawa's "train yards" mall.
