Another successful “40 Cans For Lent” campaign for Fr. Granottier Council 2092, Owen Sound.
This past Lent over 1,000 pounds of canned & packaged food plus $ 2,255 in cash was donated. The food will be distributed by St Mary’s & Missions Catholic Charities to needy families, various emergency food pantrys and kitchens in the Owen Sound area and the cash will be donated to the Owen Sound Hunger & Relief Effort (OSHaRE) and the Safe ‘n’ Sound Homelessness Initiative
