The Jerusalem Students Mass on Sunday 22nd October was a memorable one with the Byzantine liturgy and tradition. Rev. Ibrahim ElHaddad welcomed the KOFC dignitaries and our Worthy State Deputy SK Dan Heffernan. Then Rev. Ibrahim asked the sponsors to stand and blessed them. Our State Deputy thanked the sponsors and their generosity. He also thanked the project chairman for his enthusiastic perseverance to help needy Christian students in the Holy Land. 71 Students are sponsored, 11 graduated, more than C$ 100,000 contributed to the school in tuition fees since the start. Each sponsor received a file with a thank you card from the student, a recent photo, school grades, a receipt that the sponsorship was paid against the tuition fee of the student, letter from School principal, letter from the Melkite Catholic Archbishop of Jerusalem.
