“Ontario State Councils 9 year old Girls winner from St. Bernard Catholic School (Co 13433), Rayah Valcin-Joseph holds her trophy presented to her by District Deputy Douglas Randall(DD92) at a special assembly at her school. A 4th degree Honor Guard consisting of Commander SK Lorne Keogh, SK Peter Choquette and FN SK Harvey Rule of SK Vincent Taillon Assembly 2903 and Basketball Free Throw event organizer Br Bill McCauley(DGK Holy Cross Co 10617) along with SK Raymond Flansbury(GK Co 10617) and Rayah’s mother were all attendance. Members of St. Bernard Council 13433 in attendance were Br Jeff Burns(FS) and SK Horace Himbury(W) and Br Richard Chaplinski is school principal.”
