On May 12, 2018, the Belle River Council 2775 hosted a Gala to raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House food pantry at Windsor Regional Hospital. It was a commitment of $ 30,000.
Silent and Live Auctions and raffles were held in order to accomplish this. A cheque was presented to Christine Richer of RMcDH Charities by chairman GK Mike Kovacs and Co-Chair DD Steve Ilijanich that evening.
