On April 24, our State Deputy, along with several dozen Sir Knights and brothers from various councils across the Greater Ottawa area and Cornwall gathered for the unveiling of the third Knights of Columbus monument. The first one, constructed in 1922 in Midland (Carhagouha Cross); the second one was constructed in 1967 in Windsor (Pray for Peace Monument) and now the third monument, that has been designed, funded and constructed by the Knights of Columbus is dedicated to our homeless veteran community. It was unveiled on April 24.

Le 24 avril, notre député d’État, ainsi que plusieurs douzaines de chevaliers et de frères de divers conseils de la région métropolitaine d’Ottawa et de Cornwall se sont réunis pour le dévoilement du troisième monument des Chevaliers de Colomb. Le premier a été construit en 1922 à Midland (Croix de Carhagouha), le deuxième en 1967 à Windsor (Monument Priez pour la paix) et maintenant le troisième monument, qui a été conçu, financé et construit par les Chevaliers de Colomb, est dédié à notre communauté d’anciens combattants sans-abri. Il a été inauguré le 24 avril.
