This past weekend (March 22-23) saw a horse race between competing recruiting activities in Scarborough and Ottawa areas. In Ottawa, for example, our team was aided by our State Deputy (who had just returned from donating our wheelchairs in Panama) and our Membership Director. By the time a final count was done, they had secured 26 prospects and two transfers for Council #7873. Meanwhile, the recruiting effort at St. Rose de Lima Council #13244 saw 16 prospects. This team was led by District Deputy #95. A total of 41 new prospects from only two church drives. Imagine the potential if more Councils had programs and made an effort to attract Catholic men to the Order. Well done brothers!
