This year the State Council decided to donate two boxes of winter coats from their “Coats for Kids” program to the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul in Harrow. On October 11, 2023, State Secretary David Gelinas dropped off two boxes of youth winter coats which were received by President Rose Campbell (wife of District Deputy Reg Campbell) of the St. Anthony of Padua Conference of SSVDP.
