Every year, Jesus the King Council and Good Shepherd Council, cooperate to do the Life Chain at Steeles and Don Mills intersection as it is close to both councils. The event is preceded by a banner explaining the importance of the event, which is circulated in both councils and announced in both churches. Each participant chooses the sign he prefers. This year the signs were complimented by a new yard sign that says " GOD LOVES YOU AND LOVES THE BABY. CHOOSE LIFE " What a gentle and appealing way to sway mothers from the thought of ABORTION. Every participant liked this sign that was introduced by Brother Charbel El-Chaar of Aurora Council in the last Ontario State Convention.
