Poulin, State Deputy Ontario State Council On October 30, 2023, three days after the official launch of the Poppy Campaign, leaders and members of the Knights of Columbus gathered at Veterans House Canada (VHC) in Ottawa to donate 12 boxes of coats (72 coats in total) for our retired Canadian men and women in uniform who are homeless or in need of assistance. Submitted by Ontario State Office Ontario State Council Congratulations to our new State Deputy, Bruce Poulin on his first official event, he was joined by our new State Chaplain, His Grace Marcel Damphousse. It was a great event, Parishioners gathered in Ottawa for the annual Mass and luncheon with His Grace The Most Rev. Marcel Damphousse at St. Clement Parish at the St. Anne Church on July 2, 2023.
