By way of comparison, the last fraternal year, the members of this Council had recruited five members and missed their Star Council award by one new member. The event featured a montage of photos, cake and a live band to entertain. as usual the members of Council 8951 put in an extraordinary effort and it showed. London Diocese West Association Meeting

A new executive was elected. Some of the 30 members who had gathered for the meeting also called for a resumption of their Columbian Service Day. Finally, two candidates running for the position of State Warden also spoke to those present.

The meeting saw the election of a new Executive as well as the nomination of a delegate for the next Supreme Convention being held in Washington, D.C., this coming August.

Poulin, State DeputyThe members of Club Activo 20-30 in Panama have partnered with the Knights of Columbus to store and then help distribute the more than 280 wheelchairs that arrived in Panama last January. Some of these wheelchairs were distributed in bulk while others were delivered to individuals during the delegation's eight-day visit.
