Submitted by Dan PergolesiDistrict 76On Mother's Day Weekend May 07/08, 2022, the three Councils affiliated with the East Windsor Family of Parishes (Fr. Paul J.F. Wattson - Council 8919, St. Vincent de Paul - Council 9528 and Fr. Aloysius Nolan - Council 9865) conducted three programs, along with a recruitment drive - all on the same weekend. The Knights distributed carnations to all Mothers, Grandmothers, Adopted Mothers, God-Mothers, Aunts, and all women who filled these nurturing roles. Submitted by LOUIS ROMITO FORT WILLIAM COUNCIL 1447 The "2022 Knights of Columbus Dew Drop Inn Food drive" took place on Saturday, May 7, from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the 3 Thunder Bay Metro stores and Fresh Co.  Thank you, Br. Bill Bragnalo Council 8602 for spearheading this initiative, once again. Shopping lists of required items were handed out to shoppers and a lot of food was collected and delivered. Submitted by Andrew Onwuegbuzie Rev. J.E. Regan Brother Oli Cajanek of Rev. J.E. Regan Council 3909 – is in Mazatlan helping Poor people by running a Community Centre providing programs and feeding on average 50 kids twice a day with 5 staff. He also runs a sponsorship program with the help of his friends which has produced over 100 graduates. Currently his project is sponsoring 14 students in high school and 22 in university. Sacramental Gifts – 1st Communion

Submitted by Eardley Adams Blessed Frederic Ozanam Parish Markham Council 17065 As part of the Faith In Action - Faith Programs - Sacramental Gifts, The Blessed Frederic Ozanam Council donated 125 Knights of Columbus Rosaries and 125 Guide to saying the Rosary, to every child taking their First Communion. Easter Food Drive for Families

Submitted by Nicholas QuadriniSt. Mark CouncilSt. Mark Council 10874 hosted a food drive for families in honour of the Easter season. Brother Knights invited parishioners after all three masses to donate non-perishable food items to support our local food bank and grocery gift cards in support of St. Vincent de Paul. Thanks to the generosity of the St. Mark community, we raised over 500 lbs. of food and almost $100 in gift cards for St. Vincent de Paul.

Submitted by David Gelinas Ontario State Knights of Columbus On behalf of the Knights of Columbus of Ontario, State Treasurer David Gelinas presented a cheque from our Winter raffle proceeds to Terri Gorick, mother of Taylor Gorick and her husband Steve, who founded Project Hope Windsor/Essex County. The Project Hope directors are all volunteers that open the community food pantry 7-days a week for one hour each day. 7-8 pm on weekdays and 1-2 pm on weekends. It's a drive-up service. Submitted by Eardley Adams Blessed Frederic Ozanam Parish Markham Because of our circumstances of not having a church and rely on the School Board and Permits, Father relented and allowed us to have the Divine Mercy 9 Mass Novena. The Knights distributed Divine Mercy chaplets at all the 9 Masses as people entered the School and were also tasked with leading the Divine Mercy at all 9 masses.
