As hard as we try, no one has ever been able to add to our 24-hour daily time frame. The limits time imposes on us can make managing projects and tasks quite challenging. For some, the ability to successfully manage their time is a skill that has been honed and refined over years, while for others it’s still a work in progress. No matter where you find yourself in your ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a council, this session is an opportunity to learn some best practices for managing everyday tasks and long-term goals when limited time is available.
