Poulin, at Veterans' House Canada in Ottawa to present him with the official proclamation from the City of Ottawa declaring April 20 - 26, 2025 Knights of Columbus week in honour of them holding their first annual State Convention in Ottawa since 1974.

The dinner included cake and a live band and dancing. A good time was had by all and many said they looked forward to the next event at the parish hosted by the Knights. Well done brothers!

Thanks to the generous donations from the parishioners of St. Basil's, we collected 1,958 pounds of food, toiletries and hygiene supplies. By way of comparison, the last fraternal year, the members of this Council had recruited five members and missed their Star Council award by one new member. The difference this year was that this Council's recruiting efforts were supported by the senior leadership in accordance with our State Deputy's Monthly Membership Growth Calendar action plan.
