Poulin, State DeputyThe Ontario Knights of Columbus have an internal incentive program whereby Councils and District Deputies, who achieve certain milestones, are awarded points. In other cases, they are given a leather jacket. On March 02, District Deputy #67 and State Online Chairman, Rory Facca, received his leather jacket for achieving star district in the last Fraternal Year. Congrats Rory!

On Saturday March 1st the Regional Basketball Freethrow Championship was held at St. Andre High School in Markham. Special thanks to the Knights pictured above for volunteering their time to allow close to 100 competitors compete for a chance to win their age division.

Poulin, State DeputyOn Sunday March 2nd, 2025 District 36 (DD Shane James) and District 37 (DD Ken Cavanagh) held an Exemplification ceremony at St. Joseph the Worker Church in Oshawa welcoming six new Brother Knights into the Order. St. Joseph the Worker Council welcomed four new members, St. Jude's and St. Gertrude's Council one new member each. Well done team.

Submitted by Bruce S. Poulin, State Deputy Council #3305The members of Holy Name Council #3305 in Essex celebrated their 75th anniversary on Saturday March 1. To mark this important milestone we had our State Secretary, David Gelinas, attend the celebration and present the Grand Knight with a certificate on behalf of the entire State Board and the more than 56,000 members of Ontario. May there be another 75 years.

Poulin, State DeputyToronto Council #1388Following the Divine Liturgies (e.g. Mass) on Sunday February 23, well over 60 brother Knights took part in a luncheon for His Beatitude before he left to support a demonstration calling for support for Ukraine later that afternoon. The demonstration was held at Toronto City Hall. This luncheon was hosted by Toronto Council #1388 and was an outstanding success by any measure.

Council 15612St. Marguerite D'Youville Council 15612 were involved with setting up the Advent/Christmas Season in the foyer of Brampton City Hall.
