Submitted by Ontario State Council Saturday morning, November 18, some 120 Sir Knights of the Order of the Knights of Columbus gathered to witness 35 new candidates exemplified into the Fourth degree of the Order. Those attending included Sir Knights from the Second Ontario District, as well as the Deputy Supreme Knight, Arthur Peters (who was also the Honouree for the event) and our State Deputy, Bruce S. Poulin.
Submitted by Ontario State Council Early Sunday morning, November 19, a recruiting team from Council Council 13244, St Rose of Lima Parish set to task of recruiting new members. Not satisfied in having recruited their quota for the current year this past October, its members are confident that this will be setting a new record for their membership in their Council before the end of the Fraternal year.

Smith Squire Circle 4742 gathered to march in the City of Oshawa Remembrance Day parade to remember the men and women who gave their lives to protect the freedoms we enjoy today. There were13 members & 4 wives working at the event. Fr. Stéphane Pouliot of St. Mary's CP, and Fr. Cyprian Adibe of Holy Name of Mary were present at the dinner, where 120 parishioners attended. The event was a success.
