Jesus The King Council Supports Church Summer Camp.

Jesus the King Knights of Columbus Council 15045 generously donated $8,000 to help make it possible for children to attend the Jesus the King 2026 Summer Camp, held at the beautiful Valley of the Mother of God in Ontario. Thanks to their continued generosity, many children will have the opportunity to experience a week where faith meets fun in a meaningful and unforgettable way.
Throughout the week, campers will enjoy a variety of exciting activities, including hiking through nature, station rally games, capture the flag, water games, and creative activities where they will make a special souvenir to take home as a reminder of their camp experience. They will also participate in faith-filled discussions, engaging religious lessons, and opportunities to grow spiritually while building lasting friendships.

Each day begins and ends with traditional morning and evening prayers, keeping Christ at the center of the camp experience. Evenings conclude around the campfire, where campers roast marshmallows, share stories, reflect on their day through meaningful discussions, and admire the beauty of the star-filled night sky. It is truly a unique experience that combines adventure, fellowship, and spiritual growth—creating memories that last a lifetime.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Deputy Grand Knight and Program Director Brother Hikmat Dandan for his leadership and for the ongoing financial support provided by the parish’s Knights of Columbus, whose generosity has made this camp possible year after year. We also sincerely thank Brother Ikbal for his dedicated support in assisting Sister Karine with the organization and promotion of this wonderful event.May God bless everyone who has contributed to making this summer camp a blessing for our children.

Thanks also to OLG, Bingo World and the City of Richmond Hill.
