On May 24, for the second consecutive year, the members of Council #11752 in Manotick held an eye glasses collection drive. In all, some 500 glasses were donated by the parishioners of St Leonard Church and local schools.. They will end up in Villa Marzo, Cordon Isabella, in Luzon North in the Philip[pines. Upon their arrival in North Luzon, the local Knights of Columbus Council, in partnership with a local optical clinic, will test the glasses and distribute them accordingly.
