The Melkite Catholic Patriarchate School, Shepherds' Fields in the Holy Land would like to thank the Jerusalem Students scholarship sponsors for their generous donations that have helped our Christian students greatly over the years. Your donations have allowed our Christian students to keep getting the best education possible in a Christian school in the Holy Land. It has also helped in reducing the financial burdens on their families by covering part of their tuition fees. It also helped to reduce the budget deficit of the school. So far 48 students have been sponsored until graduation and all are pursuing higher education in the universities of the area.

Also generous donors from the Archdiocese of Toronto are helping us to refurbish an unused part of the school into a Patriarchate Nursery which helps Christian families in the Holy Land raise their children and develop their character in a safe, secure, healthy and social environment. Our nursery will care for children ages 1 to 3 years old from Beit Sahour, Bethlehem, and Beit Jala areas.

The Jerusalem Students scholarship sponsors are touching lives in the Holy Land. Each of these sponsors whose student graduated will receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the Melkite Catholic Archbishop of Jerusalem.
So while celebrating the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, talk about Jerusalem Students to your members, friends and consider sponsoring the education scholarship of a student. It is as little as C$ 21 per month (C$ 260 annual) to share a student. Your generous gesture of providing the gift of education will lay the foundation for successful Christian families that will grow to populate The Holy Land thus preserving the Christian presence where our Lord Jesus Christ walked and preached.
