In late summer our Council fired up our BBQ grills and, adhering to all safety precautions, served up a no contact, takeaway BBQ chicken meal to an appreciative (and hungry community). Thanks to the many masked Brothers who helped out, we enjoyed a sold-out success. This allowed us to replenish our dwindling coffers, and in keeping with the Leave No Neighbour Behind philosophy, we were able to donate two boxes of Coats for Kids to the North Dundas Christmas Fund. In addition, one more box went to a local women's shelter and another to a local elementary school.
