Members of the Knights of Columbus of the newly formed St John Brebeuf – Erin, Ontario – Council 17157 organised their first community breakfast on 22nd September, 2019.
Initiated by Grand Knight – Thimothy O’Brien the event was well attended and created very good awareness about the council along with generating interest from some parishioners to join as members.
The support from Rev Fr. Donald Sanvido – Parish Priest, Lowell Butts – Principal St John Brefeuf Catholic School, elementary students who helped set up the tables & chairs in advance on Friday 20th September, DD Kevin Smith along with Brother Knights of the council was a beautiful example of community coming together to create a fantastic and joyful experience.
