Submitted by Patrick Bisera / Schubert Restituto Blessed Frederic Ozanam Many thanks to all who participated in this year's Food for Families program, the Knights of Columbus Blessed Frederic Ozanam Council 17065 received over 2,500 lbs of non-perishable food items and $795 in cash. Launched eight years ago, the council has been conducting this food drive yearly during the Lenten Season. The principal beneficiaries of this year's campaign were the Markham Food Bank and the Cornerstone Pantry, both in Markham. We are glad to welcome 14 new Brother Knights from 4 councils under District 63: Council# 17065 (Blessed Frederic Ozanam), 7689 (St. Patrick), 5957 (Georges P. Vanier) and 10874 (St. Mark).
