Submitted by David Gelinas Ontario State Knights of Columbus On behalf of the Knights of Columbus of Ontario, State Treasurer David Gelinas presented a cheque from our Winter raffle proceeds to Terri Gorick, mother of Taylor Gorick and her husband Steve, who founded Project Hope Windsor/Essex County. The Project Hope directors are all volunteers that open the community food pantry 7-days a week for one hour each day. 7-8 pm on weekdays and 1-2 pm on weekends. It's a drive-up service. Coats for Kids donation

Submitted by David Gelinas On November 1, 2021, Knights of Columbus Ontario State donated boxes of winter coats to King Edward Elementary School in Windsor and Margaret D. Bennie Elementary School in Leamington. This donation is through the Knights of Columbus Coats for Kids campaign. State Treasurer, David Gelinas, delivered the coats to Lori Hugli, Principal at King Edward Elementary School, and to Amy Sullivan, grade-school teacher of Margaret D. Bennie Elementary School.

Donation to SSVP Kent Deanery Chatham for camp renovation

Submitted by David Gelinas On November 2, 2021, Knights of Columbus Ontario State donated $5000 to the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, Chatham. State Treasurer, David Gelinas, presented the cheque to Connie Badour, President of the SSVP Kent Deanery, and other staff. The donation is for the renovations at their camp.
