DESCRIPTION:Good Friday is one of the most solemn and sacred days in the Christian calendar\, observed on the Friday before Easter Sunday. It commemorates the Passion and Crucifixion of Jesus Christ—His suffering\, death\, and ultimate sacrifice for the salvation of humanity. It is called “Good” Friday because\, through Christ’s sacrifice\, humanity is offered the gift of redemption and eternal life. \nKey Elements of Good Friday: \n\nThe Passion of Christ\nThe Veneration of the Cross\nThe Eucharist\nFasting and Abstinence\nThe Solemn Intercessions\n\nGood Friday offers an opportunity to reflect on the example of selfless service modeled by Jesus.
